Conference Costs

Full Conference attendance (3 days): $140 per delegate

1 or 2 days of Conference attendance: $70 per delegate

Conference organises

  • A complimentary shuttle service from the airport on Sunday 17th May (All delegates need to arrive in Sydney airport by 11am).
  • A complimentary shuttle service from Koorong back to the airport on Wednesday 20th. (Please book a flight leaving Sydney airport after 6pm).

 Please remember to book your seat on the airport shuttle (either or both ways) using the extra form

  • A car pool ride for interstate travellers to Koorong on Wednesday.
  • Complimentary morning and afternoon teas
  • A complimentary bus service from St Joseph's to all venues on Tuesday, returning to St Joseph's at approx 4pm.


Costs payable to St Joseph's and chosen as appropriate by the delegate:

Overnight accommodation $115 per night
Breakfasts $16.50 each
Lunches $26.95 each
Dinners $33.00 each


Costs for the conference are kept as low as we can so that we can allow as many people to participate as possible. However, we also want to provide a good quality conference that is worth the investment of time and money. We do have some funding set aside to provide for delegates in difficult circumstances.
