Delegate Information

Conference Fee

The Conference Fee is to be paid directly to the Australian Christian Schools Library Network as soon as you have registered. Payment options will be noted on the invoice that you will receive by email. They are also listed on the Association website.

Accommodation

Accommodation costs are additional and are payable to St Joseph’s.  Accommodation is $115.00 per night for a single room with ensuite.  Please indicate your needs

Food

Food costs are also additional and are payable to St Joseph’s.  Please indicate here the meals which you require from the Conference Centre.

Please note: Tuesday lunch will not be provided at St Joseph's as we will be having lunch at Terry Hills Tavern. This lunch will be ordered and paid for by individual delegates at the Tavern. Meals cost between $18-$30.

Non-Residential Conference Delegates: If possible please pay for your meals at St Joseph's by credit card or cash on the day of your attendance.

On Monday we will break up into workshop groups to work on specific policy documents. Please indicate which workshop you would like to sign up for.

Please note that some groups may not run if there is not enough interest. There will be a complimentary bus service to transport delegates on Tuesday. Please indicate which of these trips you would like to join us for.

Registrations close on Friday 10th May.

No reimbursements for registrations cancelled after registrations close.
