Christian Authors Information 2024

Following is a list to help teachers and librarians locate suitable authors and/or illustrators. Most of the authors/illustrators listed are willing to travel, but it should be assumed travel costs need to be borne by the inviting school. Sometimes, especially for regional schools, librarians might find it more cost effective to share these additional costs with neighbouring schools by both inviting the author at a similar time of year.

Each author is different and can offer different styles and types of visits (eg. some do workshops, others prefer presentations, some do a mixture). It’s important for schools to contact an author directly to learn what is on offer in terms of a visit and whether that matches with the needs of the school.
